Overview

A pedigree filled with Grand Prix talent – the first five stallions appearing in O’Frederic’s pedigree competed through the Grand Prix level. Sire For Romance I is a two-time Oldenburg Champion stallion, Burg-Pokal Finalist, VTV Dressage Stallion of the Year and Grand Prix competitor. He has over 60 approved stallions and numerous premium mares to his credit.

O’Frederic’s dam is half sibling to the successful Grand Prix horse Duke of Swing. Damsire Fidertanz is a Grand Prix competitor and has over 400 offspring successful in sport, contributing to him earning the Hanoverian Stallion of the Year title in 2021 and a 12th place ranking on the WBFSH Dressage Sire Ranking for 2024. Riana’s damsire De Niro had a wonderful sport career with over 24 wins at S-Level and has been consistently ranked at the top of the WBFSH Dressage Sire Rankings for many years.

Performance

O’Frederic completed his KWPN Stallion Performance Test earning scores of 9 for walk and rideability. Additional highlights included 8.5’s for canter and talent as dressage horse, and scores of 8 for trot and elasticity. He competed in the competitive PAVO Cup Finals and at the KWPN Stallion Show in 2024, O’Frederic and Lottie Fry were recipients of the Perfect Pair Prize, awarded for their harmony score throughout the show.

Offspring

The first North American O’Frederic foals have been well received on the AHS inspection tour with multiple earning the coveted Gold Medal award. We anticipate he’ll be a top choice for improving the walk and rideability.
